How to Order

Why pre-order?

Everything we make is produced to order in Accra. That means no mountains of dead stock, less waste, and pieces made specifically for you. Ordering ahead lets us craft each piece with care rather than mass-produce it.

Payment & refunds

What you pay: the full order total at checkout, secured by Paystack.
Made to order: production starts once your payment is confirmed.
Refunds: orders are refundable within 48 hours, before production begins. Once your pieces are in production we can't offer change-of-mind refunds, but we'll always make sizing exchanges right.

Mobile Money is fully supported — MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo (AT). We also accept Visa/Mastercard and bank transfer. Online payments are secured by Paystack.

Yes — reach out within 24 hours and we'll update it before production. After delivery, we offer exchanges within 7 days on unworn items.

You'll get a WhatsApp confirmation with your order number, and updates at each stage through to delivery.
